Return & Refund
Cancel Order
Order/Pre-order can be cancelled before it is shipped out. Please contact us from the contact form.
* For store-pickup orders, a cancellation fee of 15% of the product will be charged in the following cases. Refunds will be issued in store credit.
- If the customer fails to pick up the item for more than two weeks without any prior notice.
- If the customer becomes unresponsive or unreachable.

Returns / Exchange
All return / exchange inquiries must be made within 2 weeks of receipt of the item. Please contact us prior to shipping any order back to us.
Any discounted items are not eligible for return / exchange
If the package is damaged upon delivery, please return it to the store without opening the box. If you have opened the package, return or a full refund might not be eligible.
** if different item is returned, or if customers intentionally damage the item, refund is not eligible.
Refunds
If the wrong item was sent, we will issue a full refund. If a return does not fall into those categories, the item will be inspected once received back, and will be refunded accordingly, excluding shipping costs.
Please note that even if "Free Shipping" was selected for an order, we cannot refund the cost of shipping out your order to you. In this case, shipping costs and return shipping costs would not be refunded. Please keep in mind that items not in original condition are not eligible for a full refund and will incur a restocking fee.
For lost package during and after delivery
If the delivery status is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are unable to provide a refund or compensation. A refund will only be issued if the carrier confirms that the package was lost during transit. Therefore, high value items might be shipped with a signature required option.
We will ask the shipping company to investigate lost cases and damage to items during delivery.
Others
We reserve the right to cancel the order and refuse refunds/returns in the following cases:
- there is a problem with credit card information
- Multiple purchases of the same item
- Return an item that is different from the one you received
We will strictly deal with resale, unjustifiable dispute, intentional return different items, and any other fraudulent activities.
