Frequently Asked Questions
What types of products are commonly included in Warhammer pre-orders?
Many Warhammer pre-orders include more than individual miniature kits. Depending on the release, products may contain infantry squads, hero characters, vehicles, monsters, rulebooks, gaming accessories, or faction-specific expansion materials. Some releases focus on a single unit, while others combine multiple products into larger launch packages.
What is a multi-kit release package in Warhammer pre-orders?
A multi-kit release package is a product that includes several related miniature kits grouped together within a single box. These releases often center around a faction update or major product wave. The contents may include a combination of troops and specialty units that share a common theme.
Do all Warhammer pre-orders contain miniatures?
No. Warhammer Pre-Orders can also include rulebooks, codexes, campaign supplements, card packs, dice sets, and hobby accessories. Release schedules often feature a mixture of gaming materials and collectible products.
How are miniatures packaged in larger Warhammer box sets?
Larger box sets typically organize components across multiple plastic runners containing individual parts for different units. Each miniature remains separated into its own assembly pieces, while instruction manuals help identify which components belong to specific models within the package.
Why do some Warhammer pre-orders launch alongside books and accessories?
Many releases are tied to broader faction updates or narrative events. As a result, Warhammer pre-orders may include matching books, reference cards, tokens, or themed accessories that correspond with the miniatures being introduced during the same release period.
